The theory and practice of diversified resolution of disputes embody the trend of development of the rule of law. Based on many years research on the concept and the development of diversified dispute resolution mechanism，this report compares and analyzes the innovations made and experiences gained by judicial organs in various areas of Meishan City，Sichuan Province in diversified resolution of disputes as well as the actual operation and service scenario of the diversified dispute resolution platform in the city，with a view to contributing to the further improvement of the mechanism through the application AI and big data.
