To implement the Supreme People's Court's requirements on the synchronized generation of electronic case files and the construction version 3.0 of the Intelligent Court System，the Higher People's Court of Hebei Province has made the automatic generation of electronic case files an important part of court informatization，set up a technical team，carefully summarized existing experiences，adopted a set of unified norms for the whole province，made continuous innovations，applied frontier technologies，and successfully realized the automatic collection，intelligent classification and automatic ranking of electronic case files，thereby constructing a complete set of court document classification system，laying a solid foundation for the deep application of electronic case files，and effectively realizing precise and efficient judicial administration.
