    四川法院要素式智能审判化解“案多人少”的实践

    摘要

    四川法院依托全省三级法院统一的审判资源信息库,深度挖掘司法大数据,开发民事要素式审判智能系统。民事要素式审判智能系统大大提高了庭审效率,为办案法官提供全流程的智能化辅助。在庭审前,系统自动识别解析当事人主张,解析本案要素;在庭审过程中,系统基于要素表自动生成庭审提纲,辅助法官进行庭审指引,减少书记员记录工作量。在庭审后,系统智能生成裁判文书,减轻法官撰写工作量。四川法院通过要素式审判智能应用化解“案多人少”的矛盾,固化和推广优秀专业审判团队的审判经验,推进司法裁判尺度的统一。

    Abstract

    The Key-Elements Intelligent Civil Trial Assistance System was developed by courts in Sichuan Province by relying on the unified civil trial database of three levels of courts in the province,exploring in a deep-going way judicial big data,and integrating AI technologies. This system,as the result of the exploration in intelligent trial by courts in Sichuan Province,has greatly raised trial efficiency and provided judges with whole-process intelligent assistance in the trial of cases. Before the trial of a case,the system automatically identifies and analyzes the claims of the parties to the case and the key elements of the case. In the process of court trial,it automatically generates outline of the trial on the basis of the table of key elements,and helps the judge to give trial guidance,thus reducing the recording work of court clerks;after the court trial,it intelligently generates judgment,thus reducing the paper work of the judge. The application of this system has solved the problem of heavy caseload and lack of staff faced by courts in Sichuan Province,solidified and popularized the trial experience of an excellent contingent of professional judges,and promoted the unification of the criteria of trial.
