The health and wellness tourism resource system in Germany includes the national natural landscape culture and culture tourism system based on national parks，biosphere reserves and natural parks，and the island's health and wellness tourism resource system based on islands（the north sea Frisian islands，the Baltic Islands，inland rivers or lake-wave islands）. This chapter introduces the characteristic methods and project resources of health and regimen in Germany：climate sports health and wellness and climate treatment resorts，cave radon health and wellness methods and healthy mining areas，comprehensive health and wellness and spa sports comprehensive resort，spa health and wellness and mineral spring and hot spring resort，mud health and wellness mud hot spring resort，sea water bath and seaside health and wellness resort. Finally，the article introduces the construction of the sports line of health and wellness tourism in Germany，including cycling line and hiking sports line.
