This paper reviews and describes the evolution of agricultural management model in the process of the formation of China's new agricultural management system.Analyzing the cultivation and problems of new management subjects in Anhui，it insists that the modern agricultural industrialization union is the sublation of the original industrialization mode，is the innovation of the agricultural management mode and organization system，and is the agricultural industrialization path that conforms to the actual situation of Anhui.On the basis of summing up the agricultural industriali-zation joint development advantage，the article points out that it should expand the development space of agricultural industrialization combination，explore diversified development mode，and accelerate the integration and development of “Internet plus combination”.
