专业关系是社会工作的关键要素，也是社会工作研究的重要议题。然而，现有的研究并没有充分展现专业关系实践的“关系性”，有实体主义之虞。基于上海21名社会工作者的深度访谈分析，本论文试图展示社会工作专业关系实践的本土特征，认为这是一个结构与行动的交互过程，是主动与被动、混淆与清晰、卷入与限度、人际与约束之间的“动态合宜”。
<<Professional relationship is the key element of social work，which is also a significant research issue for social work.Existing studies have taken a strong substantialist orientation，rather than a relational approach.Thus，they cannot fully explain the dynamic process of professional relationship.Based on the deep interviews on 21 social workers in Shanghai，the paper concludes that social work professional relationship is the dynamically tailored process between structure and action.
