达斡尔族的教育经过多年的发展取得巨大进步,无论是学校数量还是办学质量都取得了明显的提升。但是因为地理、历史以及经济发展等诸多因素的限制,依然存在基层牧区民族学校与城镇民族学校的差距大、教师的民族文化传承能力不强、偏远地区的民族教育发展缓慢、专门的民族文化课程评价体系缺乏、部分少数民族群众教育观念落后等亟须解决的问题,仍需在提高对于民族文化传承的认识、积极探索适合民族地区特点的教育模式、优化民族地区教育资源配置等方面给予政策和制度支持。
<<The education of the Daur ethnic group has made great progress after years of development,and striking improvements have been made both in the number of schools and in the quality of education.However,bound by geographical,historical and economic restrictions,there are still many problems in developing education of this group,including the large gaps between the grassroots ethnic schools in pastoral areas and the urban ethnic schools,the weakness in teachers' ability of passing on ethnic culture,the slow development of ethnic education in remote areas,the lack of specialised evaluation systems for ethnic culture curricula,and the lagging educational concepts held by some minority people.All the above problems need urgent solutions.Supports by government policy and regulations are needed so as to raise people's awareness of imparting ethnic culture,to explore a suitable education model for ethnic areas and to optimise the allocation of educational resources in ethnic regions.
