“十二五”期间,内蒙古自治区继续加大少数民族高层次人才的培养力度,在少数民族硕士、博士研究生培养以及高校少数民族教师队伍建设方面取得了令人瞩目的成绩。然而,在少数民族高层次人才培养工作中也存在不少问题。为此,今后应从强抓学科建设、提升研究生教育质量、加强导师队伍建设、深化研究生教育综合改革、规范研究生教学管理、补充高校少数民族师资梯队、提高少数民族师资队伍整体素质和强化少数民族青年教师培养与培训等方面着手推进少数民族高层次人才培养工作。
<<During the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015),the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region stepped up efforts to train highly professional ethnic minority graduates.Outstanding outcomes have been achieved in training ethnic minority postgraduates and doctoral students and ethnic minority teachers in colleges and universities.Nevertheless,many problems still exist in the process.Therefore,the training of highly professional ethnic minority graduates should be improved via the following measures: we should improve disciplines,boost the quality of postgraduate education and drive the development of supervisors.We also need to intensify the overall reforms to postgraduate education and develop a standard for managing postgraduate teaching.The number of ethnic minority teachers should be increased in colleges and universities and their quality improved.Young ethnic minority teachers need further training.
