内蒙古的双语教育经过多年的发展取得了巨大成绩,积累了很多宝贵的经验。但目前在双语教育的认识理解、经费投入、蒙古语教学、师资队伍、民族语言环境、“三少民族”语言和文化传承以及教学资源建设等方面也存在不少困难和问题。今后,在进一步明确双语工作的指导思想和原则的基础上,还需要针对上述问题采取切实可行的对策,推动双语教育的持续健康发展。
<<Bilingual education in Inner Mongolia has made tremendous strides and accumulated much valuable experience after years of development.However,there are some difficulties and problems regarding people's perception of bilingual education,school funding,Mongolian as the instructional language,the teaching faculty,the ethnic language environment,the inheritance of languages and culture of “three ethnic minorities” with small population,and the development of teaching resources.Thus in the future,the guidelines and principles of bilingual education should be further clarified,and feasible measures to cope with the problems mentioned above should be implemented so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of bilingual education.
