    中国集体协商中工会的代表性研究

    摘要

    在集体协商中,工会的代表性是指工会的职业经理机构与工会所代表的职工在利益上的一致性。对集体协商中我国工会的代表性进行研究,加强其代表性建设,能促进我国集体协商工作的进一步发展,提高工会的维权水平,具有重要意义。自我国集体协商工作开展以来,工会代表职工维护劳动权益,发挥了重要的作用。然而,由于目标泛化,手段软弱等原因,我国工会的职业经理机构与其所代表的职工利益相关性不强,工会的代表性仍然较弱,存在不足。对此,本书提出了明确工会职能目标,增强工会维权力量,紧密联系职工会员,加强工会组织建设,全面开展协商工作等措施建议,以增强工会代表性,促进提高我国劳工的权益水平,为社会经济的健康发展做出贡献。

    Abstract

    In the collective consultation,the representative of the trade union refers to the conformance of the trade union's professional manager and the workers represented by the trade union. It is of great significance to study the representativeness of our trade unions in the collective bargaining and strengthen its representative construction,which will further promote the further development of collective bargaining in China and improve the level of trade union's rights protection. Since the development of the collective consultations in China,the trade unions have played an important role in maintaining labor rights and interests on behalf of the workers and workers. However,due to the weakness of target and the weakness of our trade unions,the trade union's professional managers are not strongly related to their employees' interests. The representation of the trade unions is still weak. In this regard,this paper put forward a clear goal to enhance the functions of trade unions,trade union power,closely related to staff members,strengthen the construction of trade union organizations,to carry out a comprehensive consultation and other measures,to strengthen trade union representative,to promote the improvement of China's labor rights and interests,social healthy economic development contribution.
