The paper did a comprehensive analysis of the wage growth of migrant workers，as well as 12 affecting factors since the reform and opening up，especially after 2008. After 2003，the wage of migrant workers has been sustained and rapid growth momentum，there is no stop or slow growth phenomenon in this period；the wages of migrant workers in the eastern region increased faster than the central and western，the migrant workers' wages in manufacturing increased faster than other migrant workers gathered industry. Changes in supply and demand in the human resources market and market regulation are the main factors for the growth of migrant workers' wages，and the government regulation and guidance have played a certain role in promoting them.
