In the study of international comparison，we found that the gap between China's manufacturing labor costs and other developed countries（mainly Asian countries） was narrowing，but the unit labor cost advantage still existed. Although the absolute labor cost level has exceeded some Southeast Asian countries，but by virtue of labor productivity advantage. It made China still has a strong competitive. From the perspective of unit labor costs，compared with the emerging industries countries the advantage of Manufacturing in China was not obvious.
