As a traditional and cultural center，Shaanxi is an essential cultural foundation in promoting the building of a socialist society's core values in family，and listed by the Supreme People's Court as one of first batch of family retrial reforms areas. After more than a year of reform，Shaanxi has gained effective experience in the trial mode and system innovation of family disputes and obtained the approval of the Supreme People's Court. It has done an effective exploration to promote the improvement of the legislation relating to family disputes and has provided a platform and a positive contribution for Shaanxi's harmonious society construction.
