This report describes the status quo of the development of charity in Shaanxi from the aspects of charity fund raising，volunteer service，publicity of charity law，dissemination of charity culture，development environment of charity organizations，community charity，media participation and international exchange of charitable organizations. Counting charity events of 2017 in Shaanxi，the author discussed some existing problems in public charity work in Shaanxi Province and several key aspects of charity public service to be promoted after Charity Law being promulgated.
