“Developing industry is the fundamental strategy for poverty alleviation”，according to the plan of the central government，Shaanxi has conducted active exploration in the past two years on accurate poverty alleviation in industries. Adhere to the basic objective of increasing incomes of poor households，based on the development of distinctive industries，Shaanxi Supply and Marketing Group actively explores the “five in one” win-win mechanism which is driven by the leading enterprises （cooperatives） as the main force with equity investment in poverty-stricken households. This has effectively boosted the rapid increase of income of the poor population，stabilized their independence and long-term benefits，and formed a new mode of industrial poverty alleviation with Shaanxi style. Through the research，we summed up the practices，achievements，experiences and enlightenments of Shaanxi's promotion of industrial accurate poverty alleviation and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
