The development of prefabricated building is the core content of Sichuan province to promote the modernization of the construction industry. It is also an important measure to carry out the green development concept in Sichuan province，promote supply-side structural reform of construction industry accelerate the development of new urbanization. In this paper，the development of prefabricated building in Sichuan is introduced，and the existing problems are analyzed. Finally，the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
