作为限制开发区域的一种类型，农产品主产区是以提供农产品为主体功能，保持并提高农产品生产能力的区域。在施加主体功能的背景下，四川省农产品主产区发展受限，利益受损，面临的实际困难增多，因此亟须科学合理的配套政策支持。
<<As one type of restricted development areas，the main producing areas of agricultural products are the areas which main function is to provide agricultural products and to maintain and improve the production capacity of agricultural products. Under the background of the main function，the development of main producing areas in Sichuan agricultural product is limited，their interests are affected，and practical problems they face increased.Therefore，there is urgent need for scientific and reasonable supporting policies.
