in 2017，the whole province conscientiously carries out the series of policies and measures of the State Council，strictly implements the Fifteen Measuresof Sichuan Province to Promote Foreign Trade towards Stability and Soundness and the Implementation Opinions for Promoting the Innovative Development of Processing Trade，thoroughly brings “foreign trade plus” into force，the foreign trade stepping towards stability and soundness has been further consolidated and expanded，and the import and export for goods in the whole province achieve significant growth.
