本文结合十堰市群众艺术馆“群众文化展演季”的实践活动,分析文化惠民项目与群众文化需求的有效对接产生的示范性。在对展演季活动成效进行总结和提炼的基础上,本文概括出五个亮点:科学组织策划、节目内容丰富、群众参与度高、巡回形式展演以及社区辅导员制度。这一实践经验可以作为推广案例,对十堰市群众文艺馆进一步提升公共文化服务效能具有借鉴意义。
<<Based on the practical activities of “Mass Culture Exhibition Season” held by mass art center in Shiyan City,this paper analyzes the demonstration produced by the effective match of people-benefit cultural project and mass cultural demands.Based on the summary and refinement of the results of the exhibition season,this paper summarizes five bright spots:scientific organization and planning,rich program content,high participation,tour form,and community counselor system.This practical experience can be used as a generalization case,which is of great significance to further improve the performance of public cultural service in Shiyan City.
