Public library lectures are an important way for libraries to provide services for the public，an effective way and carrier to build public cultural service system，and also an important means to enrich the public's knowledge.Therefore，it is necessary to promote the sustainable development of public lecture in libraries.This paper takes Xiangyang Library “Citizen's Lecture” as an example，and introduces the service measures of “Citizen's Lecture” in detail，and explores the social public service strategies of public lecture through questionnaire survey and analysis.
