本文在国家近期出台了一系列促进文化产业发展政策的背景下,分析了具有公益属性的博物馆与发展文化产业之间在政策落实、研发管理、激励机制等方面尚且存在的问题。结合山东博物馆近几年在文化创意产业方面的工作实例,延伸“博物馆文化创意产品”概念,研究如何探索利用创新公共服务的形式发展博物馆文化创意产业,从而促进博物馆转变服务功能,真正让文物“活”起来,让博物馆文化更多地惠及人民群众。
<<In the context of a series of recent policies promote the development of cultural industries,this paper analyzes the existing conflicts in the implementation of policies,research and development management and incentive mechanism between public-welfare museums and cultural industries development.Combining with the work experience of Shandong provincial museum in the cultural and creative industries in recent years,this paper tries to extend the concept of “museum cultural and creative products” and studies how to develop the museum cultural and creative industries by innovating public service,so as to promote the museum to change the service function,so that the cultural relics of the museums may really “Live up” and the museum culture could benefit more people.
