The digital cultural center is a new development form of the cultural center in the digital，information and internet environment.It is a new way of using the digital technology and the network technology to expand the traditional public cultural service ability and the communication scope of the cultural centers，a new type of serving.Through the analysis of the background and feasibility of the digital culture，this paper expounds the basic connotation of the digital cultural center and the necessity and importance of the construction of the digital cultural center.The contents and typical cases of the construction of digital cultural center are put forward as well as few suggestions.
