This paper makes an in-depth study on the prosperity of listed companies in Shanghai in 2017.The listed companies can be cafegorizad into four major categories：strategic emerging industries，modern service industries，traditional manufacturing industries and traditional service industries.From the seven aspects of production，sales，investment，cash flow，operating costs，profitability and changes in market value，this paper makes a detailed analysis of listed companies in Shanghai，and analyzes the prosperity of listed companies in different industries，different plates and different listed years.Overall，the comprehensive prosperity index of listed companies in Shanghai in 2017 was 107.96，which was 0.13 higher than 107.83 in 2016，and was in the “micro boom” range.Finally，the prosperity of Shanghai listed companies in 2018 is predicted at the end of this paper.
