2017年中国互联网建设成就斐然，成为构建国家竞争新优势的重要力量，迈上从网络大国走向网络强国建设的新征程。网络生态治理与建设能力总体处于较高水平，网络强国观、依法治网论、网络命运共同体等战略理论日趋深化，践行依法治网，治理实践常态化精细化，多措并举推进多元协同治理机制，保持网络空间运行良好。同时对信息污染、网络犯罪、安全危机、资源不均衡等比较突出的生态问题的治理尚待进一步深化拓展。互联网生态治理是不断探索、反复实践、持续改进的动态过程，多元化、复杂性、整体性、动态性是常态。未来在“网络发展观”、“网络人民观”的指导下，通过制度设计、技术治理、行业规范、文化建设、价值认同等协同创新发展，完善网络生态的治理与建设体系，维护网络生态平衡，提升全球网络话语权和网络竞争力。
<<On the theme of the Cyber Ecosystem Governance，the general report is focusing on the great development achievements of internet governance in terms of theory and practice in 2017，elaborating important governance policies and events，new mechanism and new products，analyzing the urgency and necessity of improving the network ecosystem management system.This paper discusses the continuous development of cyber ecosystem，including its importance，researching idea，contents and meaning，putting forward the conception of cyber ecosystem governance .Under the background of internet national strategic and digital China strategy，in all of national level，social level and individual level，construction of laws on internet is basic guarantee.Cooperation mechanism by multivariate main body is the important path of governance.China is generously contributing solutions toward global internet governance in terms of cyber security and technology standards.
