Sichuan Province，with the call of the Central Government，promoted media convergence actively and explored ways of integrating development continuously between 2016 and 2017. The news agencies at all levels in Sichuan optimized the top-level design and strategic layout of media convergence and achieved good results in practice. This paper reviews the integrated practice of newspapers，radio，television and internet respectively，and mainly introduces the innovative performance in the media convergence，such as the Cover news，the Red Star news and the intelligent manuscript selection system. What's more，it analyses the current problems from the aspects of content production，platform channels，institutional mechanisms and other aspects and then puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
