From 2016 to 2017，the Internet is accelerating the reconstruction of the media landscape. Mobile terminals have become the main source for public access to information and the Internet has become an important tool for grasping the dominance of public opinion. In this context，Henan newspaper industry and radio and television industry conform to the trend of in-depth convergence of media and innovate and integrate in the dissemination of channels，content production and institutional mechanisms. In order to achieving requirements of media convergence，that is “incorporate into one and stay as one”，they have made a positive change. This article also puts forward corresponding suggestions for the problems that appear in the communication system，management system and talent team construction at present.
