This paper systematically analyzes the connotation of Internet governance，and internal relationship between Internet governance and government credibility. Based on the practice and challenge of the Capital Internet governance，this paper puts forward the governance path of government credibility construction：gradually improving the institutionalization of the Internet governance；promoting the governance of the institutional mechanisms；strengthening the construction of the Internet ideology；creating a good Internet public opinion environment.
