学校社会工作是发展相对缓慢的领域,鉴于学校教育系统长期的独立封闭的运作以及坚固的制度壁垒,在实践中社会工作者要进驻学校开展服务困难重重。目前上海的社会工作者主要运用联校社会工作方式,以行为偏差学生为服务对象,在职业学校、工读学校以及农民工子弟小学开展服务,然而并未能进入普通学校。本文旨在探索面向普通学生的社会工作服务方式,以嵌入理论为基础,以“阳光少年训练营”情商课程项目为例,分析学校社会工作服务如何嵌入普通学校系统中。研究结果表明,学生家长对社会工作服务有较大的需求,学校系统存在可嵌入的空间,嵌入式学校社会工作服务能够促进学生健康成长。
<<The school social work develops relatively slowin Shanghai. In practice,social workers encountered numerous obstacles to implement service in general schools because of closed school administrative system. School social work is excluded fromgeneral school,and it is mainly carried out in a way of joint-school social work in some vocational schools or migrant children schools. This paper aims to explore an approach to deliver social work service to ordinary students. Based on Embedding Theory,the study analyzes how the school social work can be embed into general school system with the example of the program named “sunshine youth camp”. The result indicates that parents would like more social work service;the school system has embedding space for social work;and the school social work service can promote healthy growth for students.
