本文研究的志愿团体是指因共同兴趣爱好而组成,人数为20~30人的青年白领团体。本文通过访谈法和参与观察法,以上海Y机构中一个志愿团体为例,探讨志愿团体发展和团队领导的关系,作为志愿者团体合理运行,延长其生命周期的参考。
本文以塔克曼“团队发展阶段”模型和韦伯的“权威类型”为理论基础,结合Y机构一个志愿团体的具体情况,归纳总结出:志愿团体的生命周期为四个阶段,即组建震荡期、规范执行期、鼎盛成熟期或散漫混乱期、延续解散期;适用于志愿团体发展的团队领袖类型包括卡里斯玛型、民主型和仆人型;而志愿团体的发展与团队领袖的关系主要有三种,分别为依赖关系、合作关系和独立关系。
<<This paper studies the volunteer groups are defined by the common interests,number for the 20-30 young white-collar groups. Through the literature and interviews with one volunteer groups,Shanghai Y organizations an example,to explore volunteer group relations and team leader,as the reasonable operation of volunteer groups,prolong the life cycle of the reference.
Based on the Tuckerman Stages of Team Development Model and Weber Authoritative Type,combined with the specific circumstances of one volunteer groups in Y organization,summarized:volunteer group life cycle into 4 stages,namely the formation of shock period,implementation period,peak maturity or undisciplined chaos period,continuation of adjourning;apply to the type of team leader in the development of volunteer groups including the charismatic type,democracy type and the servant-type;and the relationship between volunteergroups development and team leader mainly has 3 kinds:dependency relationship,partnership and independent relationship.
