人口老龄化已经成为中国人口的发展趋势，由此引出老年人长期照顾的重大议题。本文在文献回顾和观察比较的基础上，比较深入地分析了上海“居家安老”模式的实践、特点和存在的主要问题，并由此提出完善和发展上海老年人长期照护体系的建议。
<<Aging population has become the trend of population development in China，which leads to the major issues of long-term care for the elderly. on the basis of literature exploration and observation，this paper analyzes the practice，characteristics and main problems of Shanghai’s “home-care” model，and puts forward some suggestions for improving and developing the long-term care system of the elderly in Shanghai.
