港口建设是“一带一路”设施联通的基础。目前，“21世纪海上丝绸之路”沿线港口建设普遍存在基础设施不完善、资金短缺等问题，严重制约了“一带一路”倡议的实施。因此，分析沿线重点港口投资风险状况，掌握我国对这些港口的投资动向，提出规避投资风险的对策，对于我国更好参与“21世纪海上丝绸之路”港口建设具有重要意义。

Port construction is the base for BRI infrastructure connectivity. For the time being，it is a common feature for sea ports along the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road that the ports are short of funds to upgrade their facilities，which greatly restrain the unfolding of the BRI in relevant regions. Considering these circumstances，it is important for the construction of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road to make an assessment of the investment risks，work out the investment priorities for investments in these sea ports，put forward the policy proposals to reduce investment risks.
