自建设中国—中南半岛经济走廊的倡议提出3年多以来，该经济走廊的建设逐渐从愿景走向现实，各个项目进展顺利，取得了一系列显著的成果，但同时也面临许多风险和挑战。本报告先解读中国—中南半岛经济走廊建设的现状及进展，然后分析建设过程中可能存在的政治风险、经济风险与安全风险，并据此提出风险应对的建议与思考。

The three years since the introduction of China-Indochina Economic Corridor saw the rapid unfolding of this program from inception to realization. Despite a series of achievements，this program is not immune from challenges and risks. This article makes an analysis of the current situation of China-Indochina Economic Corridor on the basis of index of five connectivities，the probable political，economic and security risks before producing proposals as regards the risks.
