This paper is stage results of the 101 Institute of the Ministry of Civil Affairs，which combines the pre-fringe information construction（the construction of China's funeral industry science and technology and cultural public service platform）.The platform will use the “Cloud+End”structure，On the basis of the Internet of Things，mobile Internet，cloud computing，large data，remote sensing and geospatial information technology，the vehicle positioning，equipment operation and emission monitoring，land use and service flow are carried out in the form of “One Map”Data collection，aggregation，real-time processing，online monitoring and value management and comprehensive analysis.
