Emissions of hazardous air pollutants from crematories have been caused great social concern.National emission standard-Emission standard of air pollutants for crematory（GB 13801-2015）has been published and implemented in 2015 after drawing up for years.This study elaborates and analyzes the background，necessity，principles for compiling，relative technical content and environmental protection requirements and the important significance of the implementation of the new national emission standard，which can providing relevant advice and reference for fully implementing the new national standard and enhancing the civil administration and the environmental management.
