It is very important to measure the effectiveness of anti-corruption. As a special group，college students’ points of view are very important. Based on the comparison of questionnaire data in 2009 and 2015，it is found that college students’ perceptions of the anti-corruption effectiveness is higher after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party than before. Regression analysis shows that college students’ perceptions of anti-corruption determination and anti-corruption efforts have a positive effect on enhancing the effectiveness of anti-corruption.
