党员干部的作风问题主要集中体现在“四风”问题上。党的十八大以来,中央制定出台了一系列规章制度,不断完善改进作风的长效机制,强化执纪监督问责力度,不断创新查处“四风”的方法。经过五年持之不懈的努力,“四风”问题总体态势得到遏制,但一些“隐形”的“四风”问题仍时有发生,需要进一步统一思想和行动,继续坚持以上率下,着力优化制度设计和强化制度执行,继续推进作风长效化机制建设,切实加强人民监督和家风建设。
<<The problems with work conducts of party members and state officials concentrate on the four kinds of misconducts. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC),the Central Committee of CPC has put forward a series of institutions and regulations,built several long-term mechanisms for improving work conduct,strengthened the work of party discipline inspection and accountability,and created many methods to inspect and punish four kinds of misconducts. Through unceasingly effort in the past five years,the four kinds of misconducts has been declined. But,largely invisible problems of “Four Kinds of Misconducts” still take place from time to time. In order to solve these problems,thoughts and actions still need to be unified,upper-level officials still need to set examples for lower-level subordinates,institutional construction and implementation still needs to be improved,long-term mechanisms still need to be promoted,and public supervision and family ethics still need to be strengthened.
