Basing on the survey data on Chinese children’s participation，a correlation analysis of the relationship between children’s participation and their school performance in terms of their academic achievement，their class leader roles and their school involvement is carried out using the method of correlation testing. Children’s participation in this study includes children’s household participation，after-school life，school participation，extracurricular education participation，online participation，public affairs participation and so on. This study finds that there exist varied degrees of correlations between children’s participation and their academic achievement at school，their class leader roles and their school involvement.
