《儿童权利公约》推动了儿童参与权的实现,儿童参与权体现了一种权利视角的“儿童参与”概念。除此之外,儿童经历的各种生活事实,对于他们的发展也具有重大意义。鉴于此,本研究聚焦于这种更宽泛意义上的儿童参与,将广泛的儿童参与事实作为调查对象。本文报告“中国儿童参与状况调查”的研究设计,进而分学段报告7个地区儿童在家庭参与、学校参与、儿童放学后生活、社会交往、校外教育参与、网络参与、公共参与等方面的基本状况。
<<The Convention on the Rights of the Child has promoted the realization of child right for participation,which represents a perspective to understand the concept of children’s participation. Besides,children’s life experiences also mean a lot for their healthy growth. Therefore,this study focuses on children’s participation in this broader sense,and investigates into it accordingly. The article summaries the research design of “investigation into Chinese children’s participation status”,and then reports general situation of children’s participation in seven cities in terms of household participation,school participation,after-school life,social life,extracurricular education participation,online participation,public affairs participation and so on.
