Focus on accelerating the exploration on the construction of “four in one” the matter in the post regulation pattern，Pudong first to explore and establish the “six doubles” as the core of comprehensive government regulatory mechanism. Through covering the whole industry，connecting the whole chain in the ex post supervision platform，and tracking the whole life cycle of market participants，the efficiency of government supervision has been continuously improved. This paper combs and analyzes the definition，progress and preliminary results of the “six pairs” government supervision mechanism. There are still many bottlenecks in the construction of the “six pairs” government supervision mechanism，and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward accordingly.
