互联网技术在电子政务中迅速发展，其核心是以“整体政府”为目标，把互联网技术在政务领域的运用与政府管理体制的改革有机结合起来，以政务大厅窗口服务为信息枢纽与公民服务关键点，加强电子政务的信息基础设施建设，协同推进政府管理体制改革。本文通过对浦东网上审批政务的现状、问题与难点的分析，对浦东建设网上政务大厅窗口办理模式进行了实证分析，并提出相关的对策建议。
