本文从媒介功能理论出发，结合时代特征与现实需求，对雄安新区建设中，新闻媒介与政务发布平台的功能与承担的历史使命进行了归纳与展望，提出“应然”假设。紧接着，就2017年4月1日至2017年10月15日时间段内，河北省主流媒介平台围绕雄安新区建设的所传所波及正在酝酿中的某些重要策划，进行分别归纳与评价，做出“实然”分析。在此基础上，展开缩短河北省新闻媒介平台“实然”与“应然”差距的探索，尝试性提出解决问题的针对性对策与建议。
<<Based on the theory of media function，this paper summarizes the historical mission of the function and commitment of the news media in the construction of Xiong’an New District，and puts forward the hypothesis. Then，for the period from April 1，2017 to October 15，2017，the mainstream media of Hebei Province，around the construction of the Xiong’an New District，and some important planning in the process of brewing，were summarized and evaluated separately，To make “real” analysis. On this basis，the author tries to shorten the exploration of the gap between “real” and “should” in Hebei province，and try to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.
