Under circumstances of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional coordinated development，with an eyes to building global level urbanization cluster，and pay special attention to the ongoing construction of urban zone Xiong’An New Area，this paper examines Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional entrepreneurship and consequential employment situations，points out several main issues need addressing under the above background，such as overall economy volume is not big enough to be global level urban cluster，financial inadequacy，platforms to coordinate regional entrepreneurship and employment is not well constructed，insufficient county-level cities and etc，this paper puts forward corresponding measures to address the issues by adhering to the requirement of constructing world-class metropolitan urban agglomeration，fully making utility of urban cluster function，enhancing public services equality and achieving regional interest to the greatest common divisor，improving financial system，establishing and improving regional employment alliances and leagues，solidifying incubator accelerating and etc，in order to improve urbanization quality and facilitate entrepreneurship and employment.
