京津冀协同发展已经步入新时期,三地旅游部门认为当前京津冀旅游已步入“以全域旅游为引领、以目的地创建为目标”的深入协同发展阶段。全域旅游是国家旅游局在总结我国旅游业发展多年经验与成就的基础上提出的一项全新工作,是我国旅游业发展到现阶段的特色理念,是旅游时代发展的大势所趋,是用旅游发展的理念助推区域经济社会的全面发展。河北省委省政府对发展全域旅游高度重视,积极推动全域旅游示范省创建工作,全域旅游理念已经进入河北省经济发展战略层面。在当前形势下如何准确认识全域旅游对区域经济社会发展的重要意义?京津冀旅游协同发展实质上就是以全域旅游为目标的资源再组织,如何补齐短板,以全域旅游为引领推动河北省旅游产业的优化升级,推进京津冀旅游协同发展?课题组在调查研究的基础上从全域旅游角度对京津冀旅游协同发展提出了对策建议。

The provincial Party committee and the provincial government attach great importance to the development of global tourism,and actively promote the establishment of a global tourism demonstration Province,the concept of global tourism has entered the strategic level of economic development in our province. In the current situation,how to accurately understand the significance of global tourism to regional economic and social development?Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region coordinated development of tourism is essentially a global tourism resources as the goal to organize,how to make up the short board,according to the global tourism to promote upgrading of the tourism industry in our province,to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region tourism?On the basis of investigation and research,the research group put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region tourism from the perspective of global tourism.
