Since the 18th Congress of the CPC，China has continuously stressed the importance of talents as the first resource of economic and social development. President Xi Jinping has proposed “gathering and using the talents of the world” and accelerating the construction of talent system with global competitiveness. In this paper，by analyzing the development history of three major international financial centers in Amsterdam，London and New York，and the comprehensive comparative advantages of the three major domestic financial centers in Beijing，Shanghai and Shenzhen，we highlight the irreplaceable role of high-end financial talents in promoting international financial center competition and accelerating the formation of the international financial center，adhere to the core strengths of the capital financial talents and financial resources priority development strategy，propose a series of measures to strengthen the financial high-end talent introduction and training，to maintain the dominant position of Beijing financial industry and to be in an invincible position in the fierce competition.
