Through combing，we found China，Russia，and India，have lots of popular science activities，the scale is large，and the level is high，which reveals a good cooperation foundation among “One Belt And One Road” countries. The suggestions are as follows：to jointly sponsor and establish science festival，science and technology week，science day，and other activities；to start teenagers' scientific exchanges and survey activities such as the popular science “summer camp”，“winter camp”，to implement public participation in science plan on the topic of environmental protection，health and ecology，and to carry out “mobile science and technology museum” tour.
