Science resources sharing are the basis work of China's popular science. It was also effectively way to enhance the effectiveness of science and science resources input-output ratio. This paper described the current science development status of public science resources sharing through statistics data and analyzed the three main problems in science work. There are investing bias in current science resources，unbalance in regional and urban-rural development and missing of scientific data mining. Accordingly，we discussed the way to based discusses and proposes measures to improve the level of sharing science resources based on big data using ，data sharing mechanism construction，technology，digital resources building，scientific and technical activities organization and puts forward recommendations.
