依据地方政府基本公共服务力评价指标体系和科学的计算方法,本报告对全国38个主要城市(包括直辖市、省会城市、经济特区和计划单列市)的公共服务现状进行了系统评价和比较分析。通过近两年数据的对比,本报告全面展示了38个主要城市公共服务满意度的基本情况及其发展变化,并根据多种分类标准对不同类型城市的基本公共服务满意度评价情况进行比较研究。分区域来看,东部城市的基本公共服务满意度评价平均得分最高,西部次之,中部最需要着力提升;从城市类型来看,计划单列市的基本公共服务满意度平均得分最高,经济特区次之,直辖市和省会城市总体满意度得分相对较低。
<<This report reveals the level of public satisfaction with basic public services in 38 major cities in China (including Municipalities\ Provincial Capitals\ Special Economic Zones and Cities Specifically Designated in the State Plan) through systematic assessment and comparative study,in accordance with the evaluation index system of local government's public service capability. By researching the changes of annual data between 2017 and 2016,a comparative analysis based on the assessment of the situation about the degree of public satisfaction with basic public services in different types of cities and different criteria is also included. From the overall,the average degree of public satisfaction with public services in Eastern cities are higher than that in the western and central cities,and the average level of public satisfactoriness with public services in cities specifically designated in the state plan is the highest among four types of cities which are involved with this assessment,while the average level of public satisfactoriness with public services in the four special economic zones takes the second place. The overall degree of public satisfaction with public services in municipalities and 27 provincial capitals are relatively low.
