The report evaluates the international influences of six major international cultural activities of 2016 based in Shanghai，which include the 22th Shanghai TV Festival，the 19^th Shanghai International Film Festival，the 7^th Shanghai Music In the Summer，the 5^th Shanghai International Ballet Competition，the First Shanghai Isaac Stern International Violin Competition and the 18^th Shanghai International Arts Festival by analyzing the coverage of international media，surveying about 23000 participants and interviewing more than 200 experts，organizers and participants.
