From both historical and realistic levels,this article used theories of interest relationships,distribution justice,and etc. to analyze the 30-year reform of college entrance exam (CEE) and admission systems,reveal the characteristics of seven interested groups relevant to CEE,and explain legitimacy of current reform for CEE,which should express the pursuit of Chinese government and people for social justice,students’ rights and admission efficiency.This article also compared value orientation and realization methods among the projects from Guangdong,Hainan,Shandong,Ningxia,Jiangsu,and non-government organizations.The authors consider that the future reform of Chinese CEE systems should be based on rules of law,democratization,and professionalism,and truly realize the goal of putting citizens first.
