China's agriculture is facing the double squeeze of agricultural products price“ceiling”and lifting of agricultural production cost“floor”currently.From the supply side，pushing forward agricultural supply side structural reform is an important means to solve the current outstanding agricultural problems.This article analyzed the necessity of understanding agricultural supply side structural reform from the historical necessity and realistic requirement，and applied five new development concept to explore the effective path of agricultural supply side structural reforms，including：innovation，deepening the land system reform and earnestly implementing the“Three Rights Separation”；coordination：promoting rural primary，secondary and tertiary Industries convergence and coordinating development of urban and rural areas；green：accelerating the transformation of agricultural development mode，improving the quality and efficiency of the supply of agricultural products；opening：coordinating the two markets and two kinds of resources，enhancing China's agricultural competitiveness；sharing：promoting the development of agricultural modernization and sharing the fruits of modern with farmers.
